Join us to launch the KinShip EcoLab
All are welcome to the official opening of the KinShip EcoLab at 1-2pm on Friday 31st May 2024.
This a joyful moment to come together, celebrate and learn more about the EcoLab, a new space, shelter and hub for public eco-arts and activities focussed on climate change in Tramore Valley Park. Find out more about the KinShip EcoLab HERE
The Ecolab will be officially opened by Deputy Lord Mayor, Cork City Council to the sound of the Uilleann Pipes played by Eoin Ó Riabhaigh accompanied by fellow musician and collaborator Johnny McCarthy.
Meet and hear from Master Thatcher John Barron, EcoLab Architect Sean Ó’Muirí, Engineer Kieran Ruane, of Fuinneamh Workshop Architects and Civil and Structural Engineering Advisors Ltd, along with their entire team that built this incredible structure. And also KinShip Artists LennonTaylor and the Creative Ireland Cork City team.
